Bitte beachten: Shirel und Jered, die den Kurs ursprünglich angeboten haben, sind leider ausgefallen. Glücklicherweise konnten aber Ilaria & Nick kurzfristig für den Kurs gewonnen werden. Die Unterrichtsinhalte wurden entsprechend angepasst. Daran, dass es erstklassigen Blues-Unterricht gibt, hat sich nichts geändert! 🙂

Saturday – All Levels
14:00 – 15:00 Blues FUNdamentals Time to get down and figure out the basic techniques which underpin your blues dancing. Learn how to alternate rhythms and mix up your connections to create a variable dance straight away, and don’t forget the fun!
15:15 – 16:45 Body movin’! Body movin’! Did you know it is possible to lead and follow without touching? In this class you will learn how to do it and then use these ideas to create some fantastic patterns with your partner.
17:00 – 18:00 Adding some spice! You now know some awesome blues moves but now it is time to take it to the next level. Learn some tricks, dips and funky stuff to add excitement to your dancing!
Sunday – Experienced
09:30 – 11:00 Playing with dynamics. Want to turn a good blues move into a great one? Time to introduce some DYNAMICS. This class will teach you how to create and control speed changes and contrast.
11:15- 12:15 The magic close embrace. Learn how to become one with your partner and effortlessly travel across the dance floor. We will then step it up by adding in some funky moves.
12:30 – 13:30 Musicality. Blues music is incredible, the structure is so simple and yet musicians can add so many fascinating layers on top of it. In this class you will match your dancing to different elements of some of our favourite songs.
